Serve Sports Privacy Policy

Serve Sports helps players and organizers create games, manage groups, coordinate attendance, chat, track scores, and manage premium access. This policy explains what data the app uses and why.

Data We Collect

• Account information such as your sign-in provider, display name, and email address when provided by Apple or Google sign-in.
• Profile and sports information you enter, including name, city, sport preferences, ratings, groups, events, RSVPs, scores, chat messages, and support requests.
• Optional contacts, camera, calendar, notification, and location access only when you use related app features such as inviting people, scanning a QR code, saving games, receiving updates, or filling venue details.
• Purchase and entitlement status needed to unlock premium features. Payments are processed by Apple; Serve Sports does not receive your full payment card details.
• Optional product analytics and diagnostics used to understand app reliability and improve core flows. You can control product analytics from the app's privacy settings.

How We Use Data

• To authenticate your account and keep your session synced.
• To create, join, update, and coordinate games, groups, messages, scores, ratings, invites, notifications, and Live Activities.
• To provide support, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve app reliability.
• To manage premium subscriptions, lifetime access, restore purchases, and feature gates.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers such as Firebase/Google services, Apple services, and payment infrastructure to operate the app. Data may be shared with those providers only as needed to deliver app functionality, authentication, syncing, notifications, analytics, support, or purchases.

Tracking And Advertising

Serve Sports does not show advertising in the release app, does not use third-party advertising tracking, and does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission.

Retention And Deletion

We keep app data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. You can initiate account deletion inside Serve Sports from Profile > Account > Delete Account. This deletes your account profile data, clears device registrations, removes private account records such as ratings and support tickets where available, and signs you out. Shared game, group, score, and chat history may remain visible to other participants as needed to preserve group records.

Children

Serve Sports is intended for general sports coordination and is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the app if you are not old enough to consent to this policy in your location.
